Coach Marple has a waiting list, but we have other openings!

Classes will be Sunday and Wednesday evenings. Players can choose a 2 day in house option or a one day in house option (Sundays only). The class will cover proper mechanics, arm care, sequencing, mobility and stretching and weight training. Pitchers will be throwing 40 to 50 pitch bullpens by the end. 

We will be covering pitch grips, locations, proper warm ups. Rapsodo data will be captured with video analysis. Classes will be Sunday and Wednesday evnings.
