Foxhole Fitness is a strength and conditioning program for all. To not only become stronger athletes, but to learn how to battle adversity and deal with failure on and off the field. We assure you, in this class you will get stronger and have better mobility, as well as build strong relationships with not only the instructors but with others in the class as well.
